    HOW TO ENTER

  1. During the promotional period of Monday 30th November 2009 9am - Wednesday 23rd of December 2009 3pm. Simply recycle your empty cans and plastic bottles at the Envirobank machine located upstairs in the metcentre foodcourt for your chance to win an XBOX Game.
  2. Each time a can or bottle is recycled at the metcentre machine during the promotional period customers will receive an entry to the competition. Enter your details on the back of this voucher and place it in the entry barrel located next to the machine to be in the draw to win an XBOX.

    3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  3. Monday 30th November 2009 9am - Wednesday 23rd of December 2009 3pm.

    4. TIME AND DATE OF DRAW

  4. The prize will be drawn at 4pm on the 23rd of December 2009 at metcentre Centre Management offices level 6, Sixty Margaret Street, Sydney NSW. The winner will be contacted by phone and email.

    5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  5. Information on 'How to Enter' forms part of these 'Conditions of Entry'. By entering the promotion, entrants shall be deemed to have accepted all of the Conditions of Entry.
  6. Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in NSW except employees of ENVIROBANK, CBRE & metcentre and their immediate families, tenants in metcentre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
  7. The promoter is metcentre Level 6 Sixty Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ABN 65003342452.
  8. The first correctly filled in entry drawn from the entry barrel at 4pm on the 23rd of December 2009 will be eligible for the XBOX Prize.
  9. The winner has 3 months from the date of the draw to claim their prize. In the event the prize is not claimed within this timeframe another entry will be drawn from the remaining entries. The supplementary draw will be conducted at the metcentre Centre Management offices at level 6, Sixty Margaret Street, Sydney NSW on 23rd March 2010 at 10am.
  10. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  11. Terms and Conditions for the metcentre Envirobank competition will be posted on the metcentre website at www.metcentre.com.au.

  14. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes. Winners names will be placed on the metcentre website www.metcentre.com.au.
  15. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies.
