Metcentre Christmas Gift with Purchase Promotion

To enter customers need to spend $150 or more in any one transaction at specified metcentre retailers (please see exclusions) between 8am Monday 30th November 2009- 5pm Thursday 24th of December 2009.
Customers need to present their receipt at Fuse Silver located on the ground floor in the Wynyard tunnel entry to metcentre during the same promotional period to receive their complimentary gift of; CZ sterling silver stud earrings valued at $40 RRP.

The competition opens at 8am on Monday 30th November and closes at 5pm on Thursday 24th December 2009 or until stocks last.

Information on 'How to Enter' forms part of these 'Conditions of Entry'. By entering the promotion, entrants shall be deemed to have accepted all of the Conditions of Entry.
Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in NSW that comply with the qualifying terms and conditions except employees of metcentre management.
The promoter is metcentre Level 6 Sixty Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ABN 65003342452.

A free set of: CZ sterling silver 6mm stud earrings valued at $40 RRP will be presented for every receipt of $150 or more presented from a valid metcentre retailer until the end of the promotional period or until stocks run out. There are a total of 1,000 sets of earrings to give away. Only one gift will be presented per receipt of $150 or more presented. All gifts must be collected by 5pm on the 24th of December 2009.

Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Terms and Conditions for the metcentre Christmas Gift with Purchase will be posted on the metcentre website at www.metcentre.com.au.

GWP not valid on food purchases or bill payments made at Australia Post.For the purposes of the competition Max Brenner and Choco-licious in the metcentre will be classified as general retailers.
