Metcentre Christmas Gift with Purchase Promotion

To enter customers need to spend $100 or more at any metcentre food retailer in any one transaction between 8am Monday 30th November 2009 - 5pm Wednesday 23rd of December 2009.
Customers need to order food and pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 no later than Wednesday 23rd of December to qualify.
Customers who spend over $100 in one transaction on food fresh or take away food will receive a complimentary gift of; Max Brenner's new book "Chocolate a love story" RRP $45 when they pick up or have their order delivered.

The competition opens at 8am on Monday 30th November and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2009 or until stocks last.

Information on 'How to Enter' forms part of these 'Conditions of Entry'. By entering the promotion, entrants shall be deemed to have accepted all of the Conditions of Entry.
Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in NSW that comply with the qualifying terms and conditions except employees of metcentre management.
The promoter is metcentre Level 6 Sixty Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ABN 65003342452.

A free book: Max Brenner's "Chocolate a love story" RRP $45 will be presented for every food order of $100 or more made at any metcentre food retailer until the end of the promotional period or until stocks run out. There are a total of 100 books to give away. Only one gift will be presented per order of $100 or more. All gifts must be collected by 5pm on the 24th of December 2009.

Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

GWP only valid on food purchases made at metcentre over $100 ordered and deposit paid within the promotional period. Pick up of orders can be made up to 5pm on the 24th December 2009. (See individual food retailers for pick up details). For the purposes of this promotion Max Brenner and Choco-licious are not classified as food retailers, but are eligible under the earring GWP offer at Fuse Silver as general retailers.
