HOW TO ENTER

1. Entry is open to all Australian residents that make a purchase at any participating food retailer in Metcentre of $10 more in one transaction during the promotional period (excludes Woolworths)

2. Scratch all three panels to reveal 3 symbols.

3. If you reveal one of the 3 winning combinations of 3 matching symbols as outlined in section 21 you are an instant winner and can call the number specified to redeem your prize.

4. If you are not an instant winner you can enter your details on the reverse side of the card and place in the entry barrel located at Platinum Communication shop T03 on the Ground Floor, Metcentre to enter the runner-up draw.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

5. The competition opens at 9am 23/07/12 (AEDST) and concludes 10/08/12 at 5pm (AEDST).

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

6. Information on 'How to Enter' forms part of these 'Conditions of Entry'. By entering the promotion, entrants shall be deemed to have accepted all of the Conditions of Entry.

7. There is a limit of 1 scratch, match and win card per $10 food purchase (retailer exclusions apply). Excludes Woolworths.

8. A total of 30,000 entries will be available to give away during the promotion.

9. By participating in the promotion each entrant consents to their personal information being added to the Metcentre customer database and that of Platinum Communications and used for future promotions and communications.

10. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.

11. Employees and contractors, all retailers and tenants of Metcentre and the agencies associated with this promotion and the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Owner representatives of Mirvac Pty Ltd and MTAA Superannuation Fund Pty Ltd and those of Colliers International Pty Ltd directly involved in the management of Metcentre and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

12. The 100 winners of the runner draw from Platinum Communications will be notified by phone and in writing after the draw has taken place on 13/8/12.

13. Winners of the instant win and runner up prizes will be posted on the Metcentre website http://www.metcentre.com.au on 15/8/12.

14. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

15. A total of 30,000 scratch, match and win cards be available for issue up to 5pm, 10 August 2012, 5pm or until supplies are exhausted, whichever comes first.

16. All instant win and runner up prizes must be claimed by 5pm 31 August 2012. Any unclaimed prizes after this date will be returned to the prize pool and an entry from the runner-up entries will be drawn at 10am on 3/9/12 as the winner- one entry per unclaimed instant win prize. Should these not be claimed after all action has been exhausted to contact the winner after 3 months another draw will be conducted 3 month later on 3/12/12 until all the prizes are given away.

17. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

19. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

23. To claim your instant win prize please call 0405 466 488 or 9259 0900 during business hours 9am – 5pm (AEST). Please retain your scratch, match and win card to validate your win on collection of your prize.

24. Runner up prizes will be drawn 10am on Monday 13th August 2012 at Platinum Communications Metcentre, Shop T03 Cnr of George & Margaret Streets, Sydney NSW 2000. Winners will be contacted via phone and in writing.
